The paperwork can be the most unpleasant part of buying a car, especially when it comes from abroad. We prepare the complete file, explain step by step what you need to do, and for cars brought from Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium, we also guide you through homologation.
For any car sold by us, we prepare the sale-purchase contract and the corresponding tax document, the vehicle identity card, the registration certificate where one exists, and the completed registration form.
For imported cars, as part of our cars to order service, you also receive the provenance documents and proof of deregistration from the country of origin. The car has to go through RAR homologation and registration in Romania, and we guide you through the whole process, telling you upfront what fees and deadlines it involves.
Filing the paperwork with the authorities is done in your name, as the owner, but you won't leave us without knowing exactly what order to follow for each step: ownership transfer, local taxes, mandatory insurance and registration.
